Foundation Groups: Starting Points for Growth

Purpose:
Foundation Groups are designed to support individuals at the very beginning of their empowerment journey, particularly those with limited education, literacy, or digital skills.
Core Activities:

Building basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Introducing group collaboration and simple team tasks.
Practicing reliable communication and attendance to instill a sense of responsibility.
Advisor Support:

Local advisors facilitate group sessions and provide step-by-step guidance.
Advisors ensure group members develop trust and teamwork skills.
Outcome:
Participants in Foundation Groups develop the confidence and ability to function within a team, setting the stage for advancement to Improvement Groups.

Improvement Groups: Advancing Collaboration and Skills

Purpose:
Improvement Groups are for individuals who have successfully transitioned from Foundation Groups or are already able to start as Improvement Group. These groups emphasize skill-building, and structured teamwork.
Core Activities:

Organizing regular group meetings to promote education and acquire multiple skills.
Developing digital communication skills for emails, messages and online research.
Cultivating stronger group dynamics, such as leadership rotation and decision-making.
Advisor Support:

Continuous mentorship to ensure groups remain organized and motivated.
Organizing digital learning meetings on various topics to strengthen and improve life.
Outcome:
The participants demonstrate reliability, teamwork and organizational skills and thus qualify for a possible higher level of collective cooperation within the existing group.
