Our Network Structure: How GoodHands Works Globally and Locally

GoodHands works through a structured global network—combining three organizations with distinct responsibilities. This setup allows for flexibility in local programs while maintaining unity in mission. Our network includes Hosting Partners on the ground, a nonprofit Association to support education, and an international hub for strategy and advocacy. If you're new to GoodHands, this page shows how everything connects. Learn how local and global roles align to deliver practical, scalable education that reaches those excluded from traditional learning.

How Our Organizational Structure
GoodHands operates through three legally distinct organizations that work together toward a single mission. The LLC delivers operational infrastructure and manages digital service development. The Association runs education programs, membership services, and partnerships with community groups. The international entity supports strategic networking, global advocacy, and long-term scaling. Each branch plays a focused role, while shared values and aligned processes ensure that collaboration remains consistent across all levels—local, nonprofit, and global.

Working Together From Local Practice to Global Strategy
From grassroots groups to global partners, collaboration at GoodHands builds on shared purpose and practical alignment. Local hosts deliver education where it’s needed most, while the Association supports implementation with tools and training. At the same time, international coordination helps shape scalable solutions and advocacy efforts. This interplay ensures that each partner acts with clarity and autonomy—yet stays connected to a wider movement. It’s not about control, but about enabling every actor to contribute effectively.

Why Our Multi-Level Model Builds Trust and Scale
Our three-part structure was designed to balance flexibility and transparency—two essential elements for trusted cooperation. Each organization maintains its legal and operational clarity, making governance both visible and accountable. At the same time, shared values and open communication foster coordination across levels. This makes it possible to welcome partners with different roles, legal frameworks, or capacities—without losing alignment. Trust is built not only through impact, but through how the system makes collaboration work at scale.
