Advocate

Community Communicator

Community Communicators serve as vital links between GoodHands and local groups:
Bridging Knowledge Gaps
Simplifying complex information and making GoodHands programs accessible to all.
Supporting Local Groups
Acting as the first point of contact for new or existing groups.

Promoting teamwork and collaboration within communities.

Advisor for Self-Sufficiency Initiatives

Advisors work closely with socioeconomic groups, providing direct supervision and hands-on support, either online or in person. Their role includes:
Providing Direction
Offering actionable solutions for specific challenges faced by the groups.
Hands-On Collaboration
Actively assisting groups in implementing self-sufficiency initiatives.
Tailored Guidance
Focusing on immediate needs and goals, ensuring practical and timely progress.
Advisors are vital for groups requiring direct involvement and localized support to overcome challenges and achieve their objectives.

Mentor (Volunteer PRO)

Mentors provide strategic, long-term guidance, primarily supporting GoodHands' mission online. Their contributions include:
Knowledge Contributions
Assisting with the development of GoodHands archives, offering expertise through text contributions and educational content.
Strategic Guidance
Leading virtual sessions with group leaders or Association partner takers to help them refine their plans and strategies.
Capacity Building
Supporting leadership development and empowering communities through personalized advice. Mentors primarily work remotely, using tools like Zoom or digital platforms, and focus on enhancing GoodHands’ impact through intellectual and strategic contributions.
